About Viva Glam
The M·A·C AIDS Fund has announced a special grants initiative totaling $1.75 million to address HIV/AIDS issues in the Caribbean. Grantees include the Clinton Foundation HIV/AIDS Initiative, Pulitzer Center on Crisis Reporting and Immigration Equality, among others.
A new global study from the M·A·C AIDS Fund reveals that, after 25 years of HIV and AIDS, nearly half of people do not view the disease as a deadly affliction. Globally, more than 40% of respondents do not understand that AIDS always results in fatality.
