M·A·C Cosmetics Online Canada orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders shipped via Standard Service or Express Service are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability. We are able to accept orders shipped to PO Boxes. We currently do not ship to destinations outside of Canada. Some items sold M·A·C Cosmetics Online Canada require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At M·A·C Cosmetics Online Canada, we comply with these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. If you wish to provide a physical address in Canada to which we can deliver, we will be happy to ship your full order.

M·A·C Cosmetics Online Canada is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. M·A·C Cosmetics Online Canada is not responsible to provide a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to use a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.
